Girls, Girls, Girls

Today was glorious. Not only did we sleep in, but God truly delivered such a beautiful day!! It felt so good to FEEL the sun! The "To Do" list at this house is LONG...but Mike and I both stuck to the outside today! At around 3:30 we all wrapped up to come inside and get ready to go to Mass. Needless to say the kids really were not too thrilled about having to put up the scooters and bikes to come in. Ending the weekend with church can go one of two ways....either you nearly fall asleep because you are so relaxed pillowed in His peaceful house, or it can really focus you for the week's journey ahead. God works in wonderous ways....shortly after coming in Cole and Reed began getting dressed. Mike and I were quietly getting ready in our room while listening to the two of them dialogue about what they were going to wear. (Lord help us if they both are like Tod in that way!!!) They decide. Reed sure has that preppy 80's look, doesn't he?! It cracked me up and made me proud all at the same time. Just as we were about to head to the van to go, Reed turns to Cole ....looks him over, then slowly checks himself out and says,
"Hey Cole, let's go get some girls!"

Guess we should be thankful they are looking for girls at church!!
